Fabio assisted us in finding a private carpark space which was extremely helpful. The property had a perfect mix of modern amenities but also decorated in a way that was in keeping with the historical nature of its location. It was far enough away from the busy main strip to be private but close enough to be only a very short walk to amazing restaurants, shops and without a doubt, the most amazing views of Tuscany. It was one of our favorite destinations during our three weeks of travel around Italy. By Tim. Australia

Fabio’s place was so close to everything in the beautiful Sam Gimignano. His description was very accurate. Great block out blinds. Laundry is downstairs which may prove awkward for some. Water in the accommodation is safe to drink though Fabio explained that it does taste different, I strongly agree. Parking is available though it is a walk away. Very easy to walk to the square from the apartment, where a world champion gelato maker two times over sells his craft at very reasonable prices. Such a charming Casa - it was comfortable and had everything we needed. PLUS Fabio was extremely gracious and communicative. San Gimignano is possibly one of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany - we could have happily stayed a week. By Joselyn

Fabio’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. It was immaculate, well stocked, had an amazing view, and was just all around beautiful. He thought of every amenity a guest may need. The location was very central while also being quiet and peaceful. Check in was extremely easy as he was very proactive and provided clear notes including pictures to navigate the way.
